Privacy Policy
No boilerplate. Here's exactly what we collect and why.
Plain language, because that's how we talk. This policy covers what we collect on newlifemarketing.ca and what we do with it. Last updated: September 2026.
What we collect
- What you give us: name, business name, email, phone, website and budget range — when you fill out the booking form, the ballpark quiz or the newsletter signup.
- What's collected automatically: standard analytics data — pages visited, how long you spent on each, device type, and how you found us — via Google Analytics 4, PostHog, the Meta Pixel, the Google Ads tag and GoHighLevel's tracking on our forms.
- If you arrive from one of our emails: that link carries an ID telling us which contact you are, so the visit is tied to your record instead of being anonymous — including pages you viewed on this browser before we ever met. Your device remembers it for future visits until you clear your browser data. We do this so that when we talk, we already know what you were interested in. We don't sell it and we don't share it with advertisers.
What we use it for
- Responding to your inquiry and running your strategy call — that's the main one.
- Sending the newsletter, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works.
- Understanding what parts of the site are useful, so we can improve it.
- Knowing when someone we're already speaking with comes back to the site, so we follow up at a useful moment rather than at random.
- Advertising measurement — if our own ads brought you here, the Meta Pixel and Google Ads tag may record that visit.
What we never do
- We don't sell your information. To anyone. Ever.
- We don't share it except with the tools that run our business (CRM, email, analytics), each bound by their own privacy terms.
- We don't spam. One form fill is not consent to a lifetime of email.
Where it lives
Form and quiz submissions go to our CRM (GoHighLevel). Analytics live with the analytics provider. We keep data only as long as we have a business reason to.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@newlifemarketing.ca and we'll handle it — usually within a few business days. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) applies to us and we take it seriously.
