Website Builds
Websites we designed and built from scratch — previewed live below, not as screenshots. Every one is a real client site: structure, copy, build and the tracking underneath it. See how we build websites, portals and platforms.

A&R Design Build
A custom home and cottage builder whose whole sales conversation starts with a floor plan. We built the site around an 82-plan catalogue — filterable, each plan with its own page — so a buyer can narrow to the handful that fit before they ever pick up the phone.
- Full site design & build
- 82-plan catalogue
- Plan filtering & detail pages
- Mobile-first layout
- Lead capture wired to CRM
DMT Building Group
ICF construction is a technical sell — most homeowners do not know what it is before they search. The site explains the method service by service, then puts the projects beside it, so the education and the proof land in the same visit.
- Full site design & build
- Service-by-service pages
- Project galleries
- Local SEO structure
- GoHighLevel booking embed
Sophia's Garden Artisan
Canada's most tightly regulated consumer category, so the build is compliance-first: an age gate on entry, and a content model that markets the company and its know-how rather than the product experience. Every page has to clear the rules before it can sell anything.
- Full site design & build
- Age-gated entry
- Compliance-first content model
- Product & education pages
- Monthly optimization
Barrie Insulation Systems
Insulation is bought on payback, so the site leads with the product actually installed and what it saves — service by service, with the service area mapped out underneath.
- Full site design & build
- Spray foam / BIBS / batt service pages
- Service-area structure
- Quote form
- Local SEO structure
How we build
What A NewLife Website Actually Includes
Built around the sales conversation
Structure before stylingWe start from how the business actually sells — the plan catalogue for a home builder, the service-by-service explanation for a technical trade, the compliance gate for a regulated product. The structure follows that, not a template.
Written, not filled in
Real copy on every pageService pages, project pages and FAQs written for the business and the searches its customers actually make — not lorem, and not a paragraph of adjectives repeated per page.
Local SEO structure from day one
So the build is findable, not just prettyOne page per job, clean heading structure, schema markup, service-area pages where the business serves multiple towns, and a sitemap that reflects all of it.
Wired to the CRM
A form that goes nowhere is a broken siteQuote forms, booking calendars and call tracking connected to GoHighLevel, so an enquiry becomes a tracked lead with follow-up attached instead of an email someone misses.
Fast, and fast on a phone
Because most of the traffic is mobileStatic builds with compressed media and no plugin bloat — pages that load on a job site with two bars of signal.
Maintained after launch
Optional monthly optimizationNew pages, new projects, speed and conversion work as the business changes. Several of the builds above are on a monthly website optimization retainer.
Straight answers
Website Build FAQ
Ownership, timelines, rebuilds and what happens after launch.
Do we own the website when it's done?
Yes. The site, the domain and the content are yours. We build on a fast static stack and can hand over the source and hosting whenever you want it — there is no lock-in and no proprietary page builder you have to keep paying for.
How long does a build take?
Most of the sites above ran a few weeks from kickoff to launch, and the pace is usually set by how quickly we get photos, service details and sign-off rather than by build time. Bigger builds — a plan catalogue, dozens of service pages — take longer.
Can you rebuild our existing site, or does it have to be from scratch?
Either. Several of these were rebuilds of a site that already existed. We keep what is working — the content that ranks, the pages people actually visit — and rebuild the structure around it, so you do not lose the search equity you already have.
Do you do the copy and photos too?
Copy, yes — it is written as part of the build. Photography and video are produced by our own crew on a shoot day, which is usually the difference between a site that looks like the business and a site that looks like a stock library.
What happens after launch?
You can take it and run, or keep us on monthly website optimization — new pages, new projects, speed and conversion work, and SEO on top. Both are normal; we will tell you which one your situation actually needs.
