The problem

A Feed That's Been Quiet Since Spring

Most businesses know they should be posting, so they do — sporadically, with stock graphics or a rushed phone photo, whenever there's a spare minute. Then it goes quiet for three weeks. That pattern doesn't build a following or a pipeline; it just signals that nobody's home.

Great social isn't about posting more. It's about a plan, real content people want to watch, and showing up consistently — run by someone whose job it actually is.

What it is

Managed Social, In Plain English

Managed social media is us running your entire social presence end-to-end: the strategy, the filming, the editing, the scheduling, the replying and the reporting — so you get a consistent, professional feed without touching it.

Think of it as an in-house content team you don't have to hire. We show up, capture your business, and turn it into a month of content that builds trust and drives leads — all managed on one platform.

The problem

Posting Is Not A Strategy

Most businesses are doing social media admin. Almost nobody is doing social media marketing.

WITHOUT A PLAN4 posts, then a three-week gapWITH THE 30-DAY PLANevery day, plus a daily storyThe algorithm treats a dormant account as a dormant account, and the reach does not come back on its own.
Consistency is not a discipline problem. It is a production problem.
The 4pm scramble
Somebody remembers at four o'clock that nothing went out today, so a stock photo and a caption go up. Repeat until the account reads as a chore that somebody lost interest in.
The content drought
Three good posts in January, then nothing until March. The algorithm treats a dormant account as a dormant account, and the reach does not come back to where it was.
The same thing, five times
One square graphic pushed to every platform at once. Each algorithm rewards format fit, so a post built for nothing performs on nothing.
Measuring followers
The one number that feels like progress and predicts almost nothing about revenue.

None of this is a discipline problem

Businesses do not post consistently because they do not have anything to post. It is a production problem wearing a scheduling problem's clothes — and it is solvable with a camera and a plan rather than with more reminders.

Which is why this service starts with a shoot day rather than a calendar.

What it is

What Social Actually Does

Strong at three things, weak at three others. Buying it for the wrong one is how people end up disappointed.

Genuinely strong at

  • Being found — your profile is a search result and a credibility check before anyone calls
  • Staying in front of people who already know you, so you are the name they remember when the need arrives
  • Proof — showing the work, the team and the results in a way a website structurally cannot

Weak at

  • Direct response on its own, detached from paid or a real offer
  • Producing predictable lead volume in week one
  • Replacing a sales process

Judged before you are contacted

By the time somebody calls you, they have already looked. The profile is the last thing checked before a decision and the cheapest place to lose one — a dead feed undercuts every other dollar you spend.

That is the job this service is actually doing, and it is why we measure profile visits rather than applause.

NewLife Marketing — What a profile actually gets judged on, walked through live on a real account
What a profile actually gets judged on, walked through live on a real account

Six things owners reasonably believe that are not true in 2026

“Organic reach is dead”

Reach moved rather than died. Feeds now distribute on watch time, saves and shares instead of who follows you — which is why a brand-new account can out-reach an established one, and why follower count stopped predicting anything.

“We just need to post more”

Frequency without format fit does nothing. Five identical squares pushed to five platforms is five posts built for none of them.

“Followers are the goal”

Followers are the number that feels like progress and predicts the least. Saves, shares and profile visits are the ones that sit closest to revenue.

“Social will bring us leads next month”

Sometimes, but that is not what it is strongest at. It is strongest at being found, being remembered, and being believed. If you need volume this month, run ads and put social underneath.

“Someone internal can handle it”

They can handle publishing. What collapses is supply — by month two there is nothing left to post, because nobody scheduled a camera.

“A viral post would fix this”

One spike against a flat month is a spike, not a trend. The account that compounds is the one that was never dormant.

The product

The Whole Month, Decided Before Day One

This is the thing you are actually buying, so it comes before the platform detail rather than after it.

Written, produced and approved before the month starts — nothing is decided on the day.

Every month you get a complete calendar: what goes out, on what day, on which platform, with the caption written and the asset already produced. Approved by you in advance, then scheduled.

Nothing is decided on the day, and nothing depends on anyone in your business remembering to post. That is the entire product — the rest of this page explains how one shoot day makes it possible.

The platforms

The Platform Stack

Six platforms, one system — and a scoping conversation about which of them you actually need.

SIX PLATFORMS, ONE SYSTEMInstagram and Facebook are the core pair. The rest are scoped to your business rather than assumed.Instagram+ FacebookTikTokreach, nofollowingYouTubeshorts +long-formLinkedInB2B credibilityXvolume andspeedPodcastthe sourcematerialOwning two properly beats being forgettable on six.
Each platform gets its own cut, its own caption and its own cadence.
Instagram + Facebook
The core pair — where the plan lives, and where most local and service businesses are judged before somebody calls.
TikTok
Reach without a following. The only major platform where a brand-new account can reach a large audience on content alone.
YouTube
Shorts for reach, long-form for authority — and the closest thing social has to an SEO asset.
LinkedIn
B2B credibility and the buying committee. The organic presence is what makes the paid layer work.
X
Volume and speed, at the lowest cost per post in the stack.
Podcast
Not a platform so much as the source material for everything else.
05

Platform 01

Instagram & Facebook — The Core Pair

The pair everything else gets built around.

Why they are paired
Same asset library, same scheduling, cross-posted natively. Running them together roughly doubles the surface area of a single production day at almost no additional cost.
What goes out
Reels for reach, carousels for depth and saves, statics for proof and offers — plus a story every single day so the account never looks dormant.
The cadence
A post every day, built from the monthly shoot. Reels carry the reach, carousels carry the teaching, statics carry the offers.
Why it is the foundation
These two are where most local and service businesses are actually judged before somebody calls. If the feed looks abandoned, everything else you spend is working uphill.
06

Platform 02

TikTok — Reach Without A Following

The fastest way to be seen by people who have never heard of you — and the easiest platform to misread.

What it is for
The only major platform where a brand-new account can reach a large audience without an existing following. Distribution is driven by the content, not by who already knows you.
What we post
Vertical short-form cut from the same shoot — but recut, not reposted. Different hook pacing, different caption style, different first two seconds.
The honest caveat
Reach is not the same as buying intent. TikTok is a top-of-funnel machine and we treat it as one, rather than pretending it books jobs directly.
07

Platform 03

YouTube — Shorts And Long-Form

Two very different jobs on one platform, and the only place social content keeps working years later.

Shorts
Vertical clips from the same library. The reach layer, and the cheapest way to grow a channel from nothing.
Long-form
Typically one a week, ten to thirty minutes, genuinely teaching something. This is the authority layer and the one competitors almost never do.
Why long-form matters
YouTube is a search engine, not just a social platform. A long-form video keeps being found for years, which makes it the closest thing social has to an SEO asset.
The compounding effect
One long-form video is also the raw material for a month of shorts, a blog post and a carousel. It is the highest-yield thing we film.
08

Platform 04

LinkedIn — Where B2B Attention Lives

The platform where an empty page costs you more than no page at all.

Where B2B credibility is built: long-form written posts and native video, published from the company page and from real people inside the business.

The organic presence is also what makes the paid layer work. A company page with nothing on it converts nobody — which is why LinkedIn Ads and this service are usually bought together rather than in sequence.

09

Platform 05

X — Volume, Speed And Cadence

Cheap, fast, and useful for a reason most people do not think about.

The highest-volume, lowest-cost-per-post channel in the stack. Two to four posts a day is normal here, drawn from the same ideas as everything else.

It is where a business can be genuinely prolific without adding production load — and it feeds the search visibility of the brand name, which matters more than the platform's own reach numbers suggest.

10

Scoping, not selling

Owning Two Beats Being Mediocre On Six

The honest version of the platform question, which is usually answered with “all of them”.

A local service business or trade
Instagram + Facebook, then YouTube once there is a content library worth building a channel on.
E-commerce or retail
Instagram + TikTok, with Facebook running alongside.
B2B or professional services
LinkedIn + YouTube, with Instagram carrying culture and proof.
A personal brand or founder-led business
Everything — but built around one podcast or long-form pillar rather than six separate efforts.

Concentration beats coverage. We would rather fully own two platforms for you than be forgettable on six — and we will tell you which two on the call rather than selling you the full stack by default.

11

The engine

Filmed Once, Cut For Every Platform

The mechanism that makes the volume possible without making the business do anything extra.

ONE PRODUCTION DAYfilmed once, by our crewLONG-FORMYouTube · podcastSHORT-FORMreels · shorts · TikTokSTILLScarousels · staticsInstagramFacebookTikTokYouTubeLinkedInXNothing is filmed twice, and nothing is cross-posted flat.
Six platforms fed from one day on site, with no second shoot and no repeat visit.

Repurposing is not reposting

The same square graphic pushed everywhere performs nowhere, because each algorithm rewards format fit. What we do is adapt: the hook gets re-cut for TikTok's pacing, the caption gets rewritten for LinkedIn's reading style, the aspect ratio changes, the first two seconds change.

Same idea, genuinely different asset. Nothing is filmed twice.

The mix

Four Things We Post

So nothing is ever decided at random, and the balance is a decision rather than an accident.

WHAT GOES IN THE CALENDARSet in month one, reviewed quarterly against what is actually performing.Educate40%Answers what they ask before buyingProve30%The work itself — jobs, resultsHumanise20%The team and the day-to-dayOffer10%An account that only sells gets scrolled past, which is why Offer is the smallest slice.
Nothing is decided at random on the day.
Educate — ~40%
Answers the questions customers ask before they buy. Builds the authority that shortens the sales conversation.
Prove — ~30%
The work itself: finished jobs, before and afters, testimonials, real results.
Humanise — ~20%
The team, the process, the day-to-day. The content that makes a business feel like people rather than a logo.
Offer — ~10%
The direct ask. Deliberately the smallest share, because an account that only sells gets ignored.

Pillars are set in month one and reviewed quarterly against what is actually performing, which is what stops a calendar drifting into whatever was easiest to film that week.

13

The daily layer

Stories — The Daily Layer

Not on the calendar grid, and arguably the most important thing on it.

A story every single day, so there is always something live when somebody lands on the profile. This is the cheapest credibility signal available: an account with a fresh story ring reads as active, and one with nothing reads as abandoned regardless of how good the grid is.

Stories also carry the informal, unpolished content that does not belong in the feed — behind the scenes, quick updates, polls and questions. It is the layer almost nobody plans for, and the one that does the most work per minute spent.

14

The multiplier

The Podcast Layer

The highest-leverage thing you can film, measured in what comes out of one session.

One recording session
Produces a long-form YouTube video, an audio episode, and a month's worth of clips for every short-form platform.
It creates authority nothing else does
Sustained, unscripted, subject-matter depth that a thirty-second reel structurally cannot carry.
It brings other people's audiences
Guests share, and their following becomes your reach — which is the only organic growth lever that does not depend on an algorithm.
We film and run it
The podcast setup is part of our production kit, so this does not require you to build a studio.
15

The destination

Mass Reach Needs A Destination

The chapter that turns this from a content service into a revenue channel.

WHERE THE REACH FINALLY GOESMASS ORGANICEvery platform, every dayTHE WEBINARFree. Real value. No gate.QUALIFIEDOnly the people who stayedBOOKEDA call that starts warmAttendance does the qualifying, so the sales call starts with someone who already understands the offer.
Reach is real. Reach with nowhere to send it is not a channel.

Everything above this chapter builds attention. A webinar is what converts it — and it is the piece almost no social media agency offers, because it requires producing and running a live session rather than scheduling posts.

The push
Every platform in the stack drives registrations. This is where mass organic volume finally has a specific job rather than existing for its own sake.
The session
Free, genuinely valuable, no gate. The content gives away real methodology rather than teasing it — which is what makes the audience trust the offer at the end.
The qualification
Attendance does the filtering. Somebody who registers, shows up and stays to the end has demonstrated more intent than any form fill can.
The ask
The offer is made at the end, to people who now understand what it is. The sales conversation afterwards starts warm, informed and much shorter.

Why this changes the economics

Social on its own is judged on reach, engagement and follower growth — all real, none of them revenue. A webinar gives the entire content system a destination: every reel, short, carousel and story now has somewhere to send people, and the month ends with a number you can actually act on. Registrations, attendance, calls booked.

Typically one session a month, filmed once and run more than once, with registration open continuously in between, a registration page on your site and the whole thing wired into your CRM for reminders and follow-up. We scope whether it fits your offer before we build it — it is a layer we add when the maths supports it, not a box every account gets.

The full funnel walked through — organic push, registration, session, booked call
16

Community management

The Half That Is Not Posting

Half of social media is not publishing, and it is the half that usually goes unstaffed.

Replying to comments and DMs, responding to reviews, and answering the questions that arrive in the inbox rather than through the form.

Algorithms in 2026 weight conversation density and retention over raw impressions, so an account that replies genuinely outperforms one that broadcasts. It is also where leads actually arrive on social — and where most businesses lose them, because nobody owns the inbox.

17

Social SEO

Your Posts Are Now Search Results

The reason captions are written rather than generated.

A meaningful share of younger buyers search inside TikTok and Instagram rather than Google, and YouTube has always been a search engine. So captions, on-screen text, spoken words and hashtags all get written with real search terms in them.

They are the same intent keywords that drive the SEO work — one keyword set, working across search and social at once, rather than two teams guessing separately.

18

Qualify yourself out

Who It Is For — And Who Should Spend Elsewhere

Naming who should spend the money elsewhere is what makes the rest of this page worth reading.

This fits when

  • You have something visual — Work, product, space, transformation, people — something worth filming.
  • Customers check you out before buying — Which is nearly everyone now, and the profile is what they check.
  • You can let a crew in once a month — That single day is what makes the other twenty-nine possible.
  • You want to be findable and credible — Not just advertised at people who have never heard of you.

It is the wrong call when

  • Nothing about the business can be filmed — Or photographed meaningfully. It happens, and we will say so.
  • You need leads this month — And nothing else is running. Ads first, social underneath.
  • Nobody can be on camera — And nobody wants to be. There are ways around it, and none of them are as good.
  • You expect social to replace a sales process — It will not, and an agency that says otherwise is selling you something else.

The honest line: social is strongest on awareness, credibility and retention. If the immediate need is lead volume this month, we would point you at Google or Meta first and run social underneath it.

19

The benefits

What Social Media Actually Changes

Each with the mechanism behind it, so you can judge whether it applies to your business.

You stop being judged badly before the call
A live story ring and a full grid answer the credibility question before somebody dials. A dormant profile quietly undercuts every other dollar you spend.
The content supply problem goes away
One production day a month removes the reason consistency collapses. Nobody in your business has to think of something to post, ever again.
Every platform gets the version it rewards
The same idea recut for format fit, rather than one asset flattened across six feeds that each punish it differently.
Your posts become search results
Captions and spoken words written around the same intent keywords as the SEO work, so the two compound instead of running in parallel.
The ad creative already exists
The same shoot day feeds Meta and Google, so the production cost is shared across organic and paid rather than charged to one.
20

The process

The First 90 Days

What happens in order, and what it is reasonable to expect at each stage.

Month 1
Audit and account cleanup, pillars agreed, platform selection decided, first production day filmed, first 30-day calendar built and approved. Publishing starts — and the account looks alive from week two.
Month 2
Second shoot. Now there is a library rather than a scramble. Cadence holds without gaps, and we get the first real read on which pillars and formats are performing.
Month 3
Enough data to steer: the calendar is reweighted toward what is working, the platform mix is reassessed, and the podcast or webinar layer is added if it fits.

What actually changes, and when

Month one buys consistency. Month two buys a library. Month three is the first month where decisions are made from evidence rather than from opinion — which is why we do not ask you to judge the account before it.

NewLife Marketing — Month 1 to month 3 — the same walkthrough format as our other service pages

21

The scope

What Is Included

Everything that comes with a month, and the ownership sentence most social pages leave out.

  • A monthly production day — our crew on site, and the source of everything published that month
  • A 30-day content calendar, built, written and approved before the month starts
  • Daily posting across every platform in your stack, scheduled and published by us
  • A story every single day, so the profile is never dormant
  • Platform-native editing — every asset recut for where it is going, not cross-posted flat
  • Caption and hashtag writing, built around real search terms
  • Community management: comments, DMs and review responses
  • Monthly reporting in plain English — what performed, what did not, what changes next month

The accounts and the content are yours

Your handles, your logins, your footage — raw and finished. We publish into accounts you own rather than accounts we own, which means if we stop working together the audience does not leave with us.

22

Measurement

What We Report — And What We Refuse To

The reporting difference: we lead with saves and profile visits rather than the number that flatters everyone.

What we report

  • Reach and views by format — so you know what is actually being watched
  • Saves, shares and comments — the signals algorithms actually weight now
  • Profile visits, link clicks and DMs — the actions closest to revenue
  • What we are changing next month, and why

What we refuse to report as a result

  • Follower count as a headline metric — it feels like progress and predicts the least
  • Impressions with no context or comparison
  • A vanity spike from one viral post presented as a trend
  • Only the metric that happened to go up this month

Read before you commit

The Five Most Common Social Media Mistakes

Every one of these turns up in accounts we are asked to take over, and none of them is a platform problem.

Mistake 01 — Posting the identical asset to every platform
Built for none of them, so it performs on none of them. Each algorithm rewards format fit.
Mistake 02 — Treating it as an admin task rather than a production problem
Which is exactly why consistency collapses around month two — the calendar did not fail, the supply of content did.
Mistake 03 — Chasing followers instead of saves, shares and profile visits
Optimising for the number that predicts the least about whether anyone buys.
Mistake 04 — Only posting offers
The fastest way to train an audience to scroll past you. It is why Offer is the smallest pillar.
Mistake 05 — Reach with no destination
Attention that has nowhere to go. This is precisely the gap the webinar layer exists to close.

Proof

Proof — Cadence, And What It Produced

The volume figure first, then what that cadence actually produced.

7
Reels a month
20
Carousels a month
30
Days covered, every month

Chicken On The Run — one shoot day a month turned into seven reels and twenty carousels, plus a story every day. Already published on this site, and the cadence is the point rather than any single post.

What the cadence produced
A feed that never went dormant, so the profile carried its weight when people checked it before ordering — and an asset library the paid campaigns ran on.
What we would repeat
The order: film first, plan the month against the footage, then publish. Not the reverse, which is how most accounts end up scrambling.
An organic-only example
The Pets Supplier — a funnel of ten clip accounts feeding the main shop, which grew 35,000 followers in seven months on zero ad spend. Organic distribution only, and the strongest number of that kind we have.

Different businesses, different markets, different numbers. What transfers is the cadence and the order of operations, not the follower count.

Followers are nice. A feed that fills your calendar is the point.

We don't chase vanity metrics — we build content that turns attention into leads, bookings and sales, then measure it honestly.

Straight answers

Social Media FAQ

What owners ask before handing over their social — who makes the content, how often, what it costs, and who owns it — answered straight.

How often do you actually need to film?

Once a month is the standard rhythm, and it is what the whole system is built around. One production day on site produces the long-form, the short-form and the stills for the next thirty days. Some clients add a second day when there is a launch or a seasonal push, but one is enough to keep every platform fed without the business doing anything between shoots.

Do I have to be on camera?

Somebody usually should, because people follow people rather than logos — but it does not have to be you and it does not have to be often. We can build a month around the work itself: process, product, hands, finished jobs and the space. It is a weaker version of the account than one with a face in it, and we will tell you that honestly rather than pretend the two perform the same.

Which platforms should my business be on?

Fewer than you think. A local service business or trade starts with Instagram and Facebook, then adds YouTube once there is a library. E-commerce starts with Instagram and TikTok. B2B starts with LinkedIn and YouTube. We would rather fully own two platforms for you than have you forgettable on six, and we decide which two on the call.

How long before social media produces business?

The account looks alive from week two, which matters more than it sounds because that is what people see when they check you. Real momentum takes about ninety days: month one buys consistency, month two buys a library, and month three is the first month where we are steering from evidence. If you need booked jobs inside thirty days, run Google Ads and let social compound underneath.

What happens if I hate a piece of content?

You see the whole month before it goes out. The calendar is built, written and approved in advance precisely so nothing is a surprise — if something is wrong it gets changed at the planning stage rather than argued about after it is published. And if a piece still misses once it is live, we pull it.

Do you write the captions too?

Yes, all of them, and they are written rather than generated. Captions carry real search terms because posts are now search results, so the same intent keywords driving the SEO work go into the words on social. Hashtags are chosen the same way rather than copied from a list.

Who owns the content and the accounts?

You do, both. We publish into accounts in your name using your logins — we do not create agency-owned pages that you would have to leave behind. The footage is yours too, raw and finished. If we stop working together, the audience and the library stay with you.

Can you run ads off the same content?

That is the point of filming it this way. The same shoot day feeds Meta and Google, so the production cost is shared across organic and paid instead of being charged to one of them. It is also why our ad creative does not look like stock — it is the same footage, cut for a different job.

What if we already have someone posting internally?

Then the gap is usually supply rather than effort, and we can fill just that: the production day and the asset library, with your person keeping the publishing and the community management. We would rather scope to what is actually missing than replace somebody who is doing fine.

Do you do podcasts and webinars, or just posts?

Podcasts, yes — multi-camera, filmed on our own kit, and one session produces a long-form video, an audio episode and a month of clips. Webinars are a layer we scope with you rather than a box every account gets: they only make sense when the offer is substantial enough that an hour of real teaching earns the ask at the end. Tell us the offer and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
