The word does too much
Sudbury Is Seven Places Wearing One Name
The 2001 amalgamation put a single name on an area larger than most counties, and the people inside it did not change how they describe where they live.

City of Greater Sudbury
Sudbury, Capreol, Nickel Centre, Onaping Falls, Rayside-Balfour, Valley East and Walden became Greater Sudbury in 2001. Twenty-five years on, somebody in Chelmsford says they live in Chelmsford, somebody in Coniston says Coniston, and the drive between the two is around forty minutes without leaving Sudbury.
So a Sudbury website that says it serves the city has said something technically accurate and practically useless. The reader in Capreol does not know whether that includes them, whether it costs more, or whether asking would be a waste of a phone call. Most Sudbury readers do not ask.
This is one component on one page, and in this market it is worth more than the design around it. Web design sudbury projects routinely spend a budget on a new look and leave the single question that decides a call completely unanswered.
