The challenge

Where They Started

Before NewLife, DMT ran on referrals, repeat customers and organic word-of-mouth — great business, zero predictability. Construction leads are expensive, and slow follow-up quietly kills most of them. DMT needed measurable lead flow AND a system that responds in minutes, because the first contractor to answer usually wins the job.

What we ran

The Play, Step By Step

Google Ads launched first to capture homeowners and businesses actively searching for construction and renovation work — 357 clicks and 9,089 impressions at a 3.93% CTR on $1,698.68 of spend. (Conversion tracking on the Google account still needs wiring, so those search leads aren't yet attributed in-platform — a fix on our list.) A Meta lead generation campaign then delivered 15 qualified leads at $42.87 each on $642.98. Behind it all sits the GoHighLevel CRM we built — pipelines for every job stage, instant SMS/email responses via Twilio, and missed-call text-back so no inquiry dies in voicemail.

The climb

How The Numbers Stacked Up

Within a few months, DMT went from relying on referrals to operating a measurable, multi-channel lead system — 15 qualified Meta leads at $42.87 each, construction-intent search traffic on top, every inquiry landing in a CRM pipeline that answers in minutes. Next step: wiring Google conversion tracking so search leads are attributed too.

Figures are platform-reported from the Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts (Meta: 7-day click / 1-day view attribution), Mar–Jul 2026. Google conversion tracking is not yet configured, so Google-attributed leads read as zero in-platform. Early-stage campaign data, not long-run averages.
